  • Recuerde que el sistema de frenos se compone de diversos elementos, por lo cual todos deben estar en condiciones óptimas o a punto.
  • Revise el sistema de frenos una vez por semana o menos si la topografía, condiciones de manejo kilometraje lo requieren.
  • Revise el estado de la campana, desgaste, conicidad, cilindricidad y superficie.
  • Revise y lubrique el tornillo, pivote de la manigueta, palanca de freno varilla de freno y el resorte trompo del stop.
  • Revise la guaya. Si presenta agujeros, quiebres o esta entorchada proceda a su remplazo.
  • Lubrique periódicamente las guayas de freno y verifique que operen de forma libre dentro de su funda.
  • Lubrique las estrías de la leva de freno, verifique su desgaste y limpie.
  • Revise el desgaste y asentamiento de las zapatas.
  • Instale sus zapatas de freno CBI BRAKES en un centro de servicios especializado y confiable.
  • En cada cambio de zapatas de freno es recomendable cambiar los resortes.
  • No utilice aceite, gasolina, combustible, líquidos de freno o lubricantes para limpiar la campana internamente, estos generan disminución y/o perdida del frenado.
  • Frene siempre con ambos frenos, teniendo en cuenta que el agarre del freno delantero es superior al trasero.
